Liberals: Dangling the poisoned apple core

I have just been sent a set of policy statements from the Liberal Party. Because this election is about trust, I was just wondering which of these policies are core promises and which are the promises they don’t intend to keep?

I can't remember where this came from, but in my experience it is a foolproof litmus test of political integrity:
Q. How can you tell when a politician is lying?
